Serviced Water Cooler Rental from $185/quarter — Includes Full Servicing, Filters, and No Bottles to Store or Lift.

  • How much is the serviced rental?
    Our serviced rental is $185 per quarter (including GST). This includes full servicing, filter changes, and any maintenance required. There are no hidden charges or call-out fees.
  • What’s included in a serviced rental?
    The serviced rental includes: Your choice of floor standing or bench mounted water cooler with either Cold / Cool or Hot / Cold models available Professional installation Quarterly servicing All required filters Lifetime Warranty
  • How often are the filters changed?
    We service our water coolers every 3 months. Filters are checked as part of your service and replaced as necessary.
  • Do you supply to my area?
    We cover Cairns, Port Douglas, Innisfail, Mareeba, Atherton Tablelands, and surrounding regions. If you're unsure, just contact us to check.
  • How is a plumbed-in cooler different from bottled water?
    Plumbed-in coolers filter your existing tap water, eliminating the need for bottled water deliveries, bottle storage, and heavy lifting. You always have filtered water on demand without waiting for deliveries.
  • Is there any upfront cost?
    Installation is included with our Serviced Rentals. For other water coolers we can provide a quote for installation.
  • What happens if the cooler breaks down?
    If anything goes wrong, we’ll repair or replace the unit as part of your serviced rental agreement — at no additional cost to you.
  • How long does installation take?
    Most installations can be completed within 1-2 hours with minimal disruption to your business.
  • What type of businesses do you work with?
    We provide workplace hydration solutions for offices, workshops, schools, medical clinics, waiting rooms, warehouses, and a wide range of commercial clients.
  • Can I switch from bottled water at any time?
    Yes — switching is simple. Contact us for a free assessment and we’ll handle the rest.
